You can update your contact details in the participant website. You will need to input your nine-digit participant number, which is found on all our communications to you, your date of birth and your surname initial.
Providing us with your email address (if you have one) is a great way to stay in touch and helps us keep our costs down.

Researchers
Our Community site provides information about how to access and use UK Biobank data, and the tools and methods needed to analyse our large datasets. It also has a Forum where researchers can discuss and share advice.
