We asked you lots of questions about your lifestyle and health when you first joined UK Biobank, and have continued to email you surveys to collect more in depth information as time passes.
We work with international experts to identify areas where extra data would be useful, and to agree on which questions would be most informative.

Completing questionnaires
You can complete our online questionnaires on the participant website on a desktop or mobile device, whichever is easiest for you.

Participant website shut down
Our participant website will be shut down for essential maintenance on the first Wednesday of each month between 08:00 and 09:00.

How we use your questionnaire data
We care about your personal information and your privacy. We will store the questionnaire data securely and use them in the same way as the other personal data we hold about you. This is explained in our Privacy Notice.
